Kingstowne is a planned community of over 5000 residences (made up of Townhouses, Condos, Single Family Homes and Apartments).  Kingstowne currently consists of 42 different neighborhoods within three main villages.  Each neighborhood has its own unique charm and character.

Where is Kingstowne?
Kingstowne is located within the Fairfax County area of Alexandria (Northern Virginia), just east of Springfield. Located only 20 minutes from Metropolitan Washington DC, Kingstowne is well suited for as a place to live for work for people who work anywhere in the greater metropolitan DC area. 

What Makes Kingstowne So Special?
Although close the Washington DC, because Kingstowne is a planned community it has managed to maintain the look and feel of an upscale small town.  Complete with charming neighborhood shops, 22 miles of walking and hiking trails, two fully equipped fitness centers each with a swimming pool and tennis courts and recreation/social “community” centers available to residents it’s no wonder that Kingstowne is a very popular and sought after place to live.  But, all these facilities are not the real reason Kingstowne is a great place to live.  That reason belongs to the warm and caring people who live here. Our residents make it a wonderful place to live and work simply by taking pride in their community.
